Located only 15 minutes from central Rotorua, Lake Tarawera is a haven for romance and special memories. The Landing, Lake Tarawera offers a range of wedding options to choose from. Your ceremony can be barefoot by the lake edge, aboard one of Clearwater Cruises luxury vessels or by the cosy open fireplace at the Landing Café. Whether you are planning a small intimate wedding or large family gathering we have the experience to help you to create a unique and unforgettable day.
Option 1
For smaller more intimate weddings, we recommend a ceremony on board our 50ft catamaran - ‘Clearwater Spirit’, capable of accommodating up to 50 guests in luxurious surroundings.
Option 2
Hold your wedding ceremony at the magical Tarawera Orchard located on the lake edge. You can follow up with your wedding reception at The Landing Café which is able to seat up to 70 guests.
