This cancellation applies to all the below listed activities that are all pre requested and confirmed prior to the booking day:
• Luxury Scenic Cruises
• Fishing Charters
• Self Drive Boat hire
• Water Taxi
• Guided Fly Fishing
• Guided Walking Tours
• Guided Kayaking Tours
• Helicopter Flights
• Floatplane Flights
• Combo Packages
Payment Terms
1. Confirmation of your booking will be advised in writing noting the costs, departure time and departure point along with other relevant details.
2. The activity rate and catering (if applicable) will be charged on confirmed minimum numbers
3. Activities will be charged from the confirmed departure time. Please ensure your group is aware of the correct departure point and the departure time.
4. Full payment of the activity is required on the day or if previously arranged an invoice can be forwarded and this is payable 7 days after the booking date.
Cancellation Policy
1. Once your booking has been confirmed a cancellation fee of 25% of the activity rate will apply. If the activity is re scheduled this amount will be credited to the new booking.
2. Should cancellation occur within thirty days of the activity date a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
3. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the activity date a 75% cancellation fee of the activity rate will apply along with the full cost of catering (if applicable).
4. Where packages include combination tours with aircraft operators, we reserve the right to replace aircraft transfers with road transfers (We will not accept cancellations due to weather unless for passenger safety reasons).
5. Helicopter and Floatplane flights are subject to weather and volcanic activity.
6. If activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or any other reason by the operator, all clients will receive full refund.
