Catch & Cook
Once landed, your trout can be enjoyed sashimi style accompanied by wasabi and soy sauce, barbequed with Clearwater’s delicious secret recipe or best of all smoked. We can also simply release your trout back into the wild after taking a photo as proof of your expertise.
For special occasions (if time allows) we can bake your trout in the thermal sands at Hot Water Beach while you soak in the natural hot pools.
